If this cover is not suitable for you and you wish to cancel your policy please contact us by email at travel@nextcarehealth.com or through whatsapp at +971 56 216 4563 before the date of departure or maximum 30 days after the purchase date of your insurance as stated on the certificate of insurance. We will not refund any premium if you have already travelled or claimed.
Policy will be sent to the insured person email address which was submitted during the booking process, if the policy was not delivered within 2 hours you must contact us by phone at by email at travel@nextcarehealth.com or through whatsapp at +971 56 216 4563 . We will resend the policy directly to your email address.
